What have you learned about your status of professional growth?

Lessons learned

(i)                 A lot has to be done by me to reach the levels of UNESCO-ICT CFT;

(ii)               More time is needed outside school hours to develop professionalism;

(iii)             Need to create and support networks, collaborations and coalitions;

(iv)             Develop norms of openness and trust;

3. State your personal goal for your professional growth for the duration of this course. What do you aim to learn more about?

 Personal Goal

To increase the knowledge of my subject area using ICT such that it is embedded in my daily instructions.

But more specifically I aim:

(i)         to improve my professional practices through the use of ICT pedagogical skills to effectively make a difference in children's lives.

(ii)        to develop personal skills that make me a more professional and may be a more successful individual of my kind.

(iii)       to develop creativity through social learning and explore individual learning styles;

(iv)       to develop a plan of action to address  my professional learning;
